Short plush is a newly developed knitted warp knitting fabric,
super soft short plush is a kind of short plush (the latest
variety),
short plush series products, widely used in clothing, bags, shoes,
hats, toys And other major areas.
The fabric uses polyester DTY75D/144F and FDY54D/24F as raw
materials; the product has bones and strength, the fabric feels
soft, and has a strong hair style.
After pretreatment, heat setting and wet treatment before dyeing,
the fabric shrinks and the density increases. Dyeing and finishing
fabrics are not only dazzling, shining, but also strong and
dynamic. In particular, the high F of polyester DTY75D/144F is used
to increase the softness of the fabric. Soft texture, comfortable
hand feeling, through special processing to achieve special
functions such as moisture-proof and warmth.

2), The next step of worker when grey fabric is producing on
machine if find any defects will report to production DP.
3), Production manager will have a meeting with workers to solve
the defects.
4), When dyeing process all is under professional QC's eye.
5), Final packing work,QC will select out defective fabrics.
6), If clients later find defects of fabric please take photos then
send us samples.
7), After we get defective samples then we will have a meeting with
all staffs in our factory.
8), After meeting if that is all our fault we will return back lost
of client's or will deduct lost of clients at next order's.
9), We will ask our workers to pay attention to those problems to
improve our work.
