Q:How can I get the samples from you ?
A:Of course, we can send you free sample(less than A4 size) to
you.But for the first time, you are responsible for the express
charges.
Q:Are all meter size samples need client pay for sample charge?
A:Of course not.If our warehouse has some in stock, we can supply 1
meter for free.
Q:How can I get a price of needed fabric?
A:1. Please give the exactly constrction, density, width also
finishing of fabric to us. We can according to your specification
give you a counter sample and price.
2. You can send us a sample; We can according to your sample give
you a counter sample and price.
3. If you don't know the details of the fabric, you can give us the
pictures of the fabric and the usage, we can according t our
experience give you a estimated price. But exactly price must after
we checked your original sample.
Q:May I get a cheaper price?
A:A worable discount will be given if there is a large quantity you
need.
Q:Do you accept small quantity order?
A:Yes, small order is welcomed. We would like grow up with you
together.
Q:What is about your payment?
A:T/T at sight is acceptable. The other payment is negotiable.
Q:What kind of transport service can you provided?
A:FOB & CIF is the usual way.
Q:How long does the bulk production take?
A:After pre-production sample confirmed, we will finish the bulk
production within about 15-35days(according to your quantity).
Q:What can I do if i am not satisfied with your quality or service?
